In 1961, Mr. Krishanlal Marwah embarked on a journey with his sons, Raj and Sushil, starting with crafting paper clips and pins in Mumbai. As their expertise and ambition grew, they ventured into steel wire production, laying the groundwork for what would become a legacy in the industrial landscape.
By 1978, their aspirations materialized into the inaugural construction of Marwah Complex, a testament to their dedication and entrepreneurial spirit. Over time, this complex evolved into a thriving hub of diverse businesses, pulsating with industrious activity.
Steering the helm into the next generation, Mr. Nitin Marwah assumed the role of Chairman and Managing Director, Marwah House emerged in 1988, marking a new era of expansion and innovation.
In 2004, Marwah Centre adorned the skyline, which is now home to major Indian and international companies symbolizing not only progress but also a commitment to excellence in commerce.
The fourth generation of Marwahs, Vidur and Pranav, spearheaded business diversification, establishing a multi-vertical sports company, investing in startups, and founding thinQbate, an early-stage investment platform and accelerator housed within the business park.
In 2018, Marwah House was refurbished, redefining restored modern architecture, with a backlit façade and two sporting facilities at the rooftop.
Looking towards the future, in 2023, the foundations were laid for Marwah Tower, a 14-story commercial complex promising a blend of elegance and functionality.
